Key Responsibilities: Live Operations
• Own TikTok Shop sales results with a GMV-driven mindset
• Manage daily live streaming operations: scheduling, script planning, and product presentation scripts
• Monitor core live metrics (GPM, UV value, average stay duration, conversion rate) and adjust strategies in real time
• Plan major campaign live events, set traffic deployment cadence, manage ad budgets, and optimize ROI
Key Responsibilities: KOL Management
• Build and maintain Thailand local KOL resource pool, establish KOL tiering system
• Track KOL content production timelines, review live/short video scripts to ensure brand consistency
• Analyze KOL sales performance, phase out underperformers, and continuously optimize the KOL matrix
• Plan KOL-exclusive campaigns (exclusive coupons, limited editions, offline product selection events, etc.)

• Data-sensitive, proficient with TikTok Shop backend analytics tools
• Thai or English communication skills preferred
• High resilience, able to adapt to campaign peak periods
