Design & Implement: Develop and manage incentive schemes aligned with company strategy.
Communicate & Empower: Clearly communicate incentive details and provide tools for sales teams.
Analyze & Forecast: Analyze incentive impact, forecast sales performance, and simulate budget spending.
Dashboard Development: Create individual incentive payout and performance dashboards.
Data Integration: Sync revenue and margin data for accurate incentive calculations.
Product Verification: Ensure product master data accuracy for performance reporting.
Target Management: Set sales targets and manage adjustments for personnel changes.
Automation: Coordinate data automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.

At least bachelor's degree.
Have at least 3 years’ experience of relevant professional experience in brand management/ brand marketing experience.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Proactive and results oriented thinker who would flourish in an entrepreneurial environment where new ideas are championed.
Communicates clearly and succinctly in both oral and written forms.
Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for marketing and communications (advertising, digital marketing, pr, media)
