หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Provide technical consultation to enterprise clients on ICT solutions, including Cloud Computing, Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation initiatives
- Analyze client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and technical documentation to support sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and business partners to ensure efficient solution delivery.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pre-sales, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture for enterprise clients.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud technologies, Network systems, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with strong analytical thinking.
