Service Design & Customer Insight Specialist (Marketing Tech)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Service Design (70%)
• Monitor and improve service quality using Voice of Customer (VoC) and performance insights.
• Continuously refine service design to drive customer experience improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive UX/UI for digital platforms (App / Website).
• Ensure customer journeys are smooth, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.
• Customer Satisfaction Survey (30%)
• Prepare and validate customer databases to ensure accurate survey execution.
• Analyze survey results to identify key insights and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support business decisions through data-driven recommendations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields.
• 2–5 years in Service Design, CX, Marketing Tech, or Customer Insights.
• Experience in VoC, Customer Journey, UX/UI collaboration, or CX Improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation/reporting tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with digital platforms, survey tools, or dashboard tools is a plus.
