- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and related network components.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server
- Monitor infrastructure performance, system health, resource utilization,application performance, system logs and error alert
- Manage system backup, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures
- Troubleshoot application issue and collaborate with development team for resolution
- Perform application deployment, configuration, and operational support
- Support system upgrades, patch management, and release activities
- Provide 24x7 operational support for production system to ensure service availability
