Assistant General Manager- Culinary

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage a team within ones own area of responsibility. 1.Identify & prioritize business needs to strategically schedule self & staff. 2.Manage retention by hiring, & motivating quality staff. Promote & advertise company bonus/Incentive scheme & benefits in an effort to improve morale & productivity. 3.Coach, mentor, develop & train the team. Recognize & recommend training needs where necessary & recommend high performing individuals for succession planning; supporting where required. 4.Conduct performance appraisals Maintain internal processes to ensure quality & continuity of standards. 1.Prepare & submit reports as requested & actively attend meetings. 2.Ensure that standards for quality, customer service, health & safety & food hygiene are met & maintain a safe working environment. 3.Ensure products are available & effectively merchandised. 4.Maintain a constant communication with the VM for food displays. Develop internal & external relationships & liaise with key areas to benefit the business. 5.Ensure effective & excellent communication at all times. 6.Respond to customer inquiries, concerns & complaints & act accordingly to resolve & in a timely manner. 7.Act as an ambassador for the Brand & Company by maintaining the highest level of honesty, integrity, ethical & moral conduct at all times. Develop & implement systems & procedures in compliance with company policy & procedure & Thai labour law. 8.Conscientiously strive to meet or exceed budgetary goals, understand how to achieve increased sales while maintaining expense controls. 9.Enforce company & brand policies & procedures plus market & Labour Law guidelines consistently throughout the business. 10.Ensure that all activities are consistent with Company Values. 11.Implement & monitor the effectiveness of inventory & cash controls procedures

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <ul> <li>2+ years food hospitality experience.</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in appropriate field or equivalent experience</li> <li>Computer literate&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent Written &amp; oral skills</li> <li>Good written &amp; Oral English</li> </ul>
