F&B Training Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Identify schedules and coordinates all training programs for Food and Beverage. -Responsible for facilitating new hire orientation for all F&B associates. -Ensure all uniform codes and company policies are being enforced. -To lead all training programs for the store. -Create, modify, & maintain all training materials in conjunction with F&B management. -Take care for all evaluations & assure raises are in compliance with management.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Male/Female, age between 30-45 years old -Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields. -At least 3 years experience in restaurant training management or related -Possess dynamic & energetic characters. -Good command of English. -Strong leadership, coaching motivation, interpersonal & coordination. -Good personality with excellent communication and strong service-minded
