Development Chef

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •As a Member of the senior team, Participate / Bring input to new menu launch. •Work closely with EX chef and pastry chef for new menu idea and share with marketing & Purchasing before Development •Create the food cost for new menu, when required, in order to maintain the target margin. •Ensure that the flow of Goods process within the Production Center follows the Health and Food Safety Regulation in all time. •Monitor all food that create at restaurant to make sure the chefs following all cooking proses •Plan / Schedule the food tasting /training /photo shooting •Plan / Schedule the according marketing calendar the menu for next lunching •Work very close with Purchasing for plan order for new menu development •Monitor the Customer Complains for new menu •Working closely with your colleagues is a must as you will have regular interactions with Ex chef at all times to ensure product launches meet operational and quality standards

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Development chef experience in similar line of Business -Knowledge of mass Food Production processes -Hands on experience of managing and supervising busy production processes Food Hygiene and Food Production Quality Management qualification
