Sales Associate

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Operate equipment necessary to the job, which includes, but is not limited to: cash register, espresso/coffee machines and grinders, oven, slicer, food processor, bowls, platters, entrée case, hot case, knives, mop, garbel, mop bucket, broom, dust mop, box cutter, cardboard compactor and any & all trash. 2. Assist customers and promotes good customer and associate relations through courtesy, service and appearance. 3. Fill customers orders and takes phone delivery orders. 4. Display merchandise properly in case in an appetizing fashion. 5. Prepare stocks and rotates merchandise properly for freshness. 6. Maintain correct and legible prices on all items. 7. Fills and maintains all displays throughout the department. 8. Perform Dean & Deluca Customer Service standards ie; greeting, farewell to all customers. 9. Completes the necessary cleaning and sanitation, which includes, but is not limited to: moping and sweeping of the floors, cleaning the slicer, oven, washing display cases, wiping down the prep area, washing knives, bowls, platters and utensils, cleaning the cooler, and dismantling & cleaning of machinery. 10. Removes items form display and wrap properly to maintain freshness when closing the department. 11. Follow company rules and regulations. 12. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager and management team.
