Business Analyst (Senior Level) - Life Operations Transformation

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Study market trends and competitors to analyze opportunities for enhancing competitiveness.
• Research tools, technologies, innovations, or new work patterns that could be applied to improve work efficiency.
• Prepare Business Requirements to reinforce, develop, or improve work processes in the form of Initiative Projects, responsible for projects under BU - Life insurance group.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate with relevant internal and external departments to develop assigned projects within set deadlines.
• Participate in meetings, projects, or task forces to communicate requirements, provide feedback, coordinate, and monitor progress towards related goals, or as assigned.
• Deliver knowledge presentations or support relevant information to internal and external departments as appropriate or as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, preferably in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Administration with a concentration in Insurance, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in life insurance or roles related to project management.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, including proficiency in writing workflows or business requirements.
• Experience with projects pertaining to life insurance or within insurance companies.
• Proficient English language skills at a competent level.
