Business Analyst Manager - Accounting and Finance Division

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage internal resources and/or third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and all related implementations under BU - Finance and Accounting Department.
• Gather and analyze requirements from internal and external stakeholders, such as User, IT departments, and Vendor.
• Collaborate with users to conduct testing, propose solutions, and provide consultation on system improvements based on collected requirements.
• Understand End-to-End business process to identify business/ functional requirements from end user then translate /prepare a document to related party.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Providing possibilities of the solutions /options/ workaround on the issues encountered by end users for all projects/tasks related to BU.
• Working with the Project teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on timeline, within scope and budgeting.
• Assist in performing System Integration Testing and coordinating User Acceptance Test with user.
• Report project status and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholder.
• Direct team members the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree or higher in IT, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• At least 7 years experienced in Business Analyst or Process Improvement in Banking, Finance service, Insurance industry or business consulting firms will be advantage.
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving skills with service minded, persistency and self-motivated.
• Good influence, interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skill.
• Ability to work under pressure, think creative and learn a wide range of knowledge.
