Analyze data related to agent marketing activities (e.g., events, roadshows, campaigns, and club activities) to evaluate performance and identify opportunities to support sales growth.
Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards to provide insights on agent activity performance, sales trends, and key marketing indicators.
Monitor and analyze agent participation, productivity, and campaign outcomes to support marketing planning and improve activity effectiveness.
Conduct segmentation and performance analysis of agent groups to support targeted marketing initiatives and engagement programs.
Gather and analyze feedback and operational data from agents to identify challenges and opportunities to enhance marketing activities.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to provide data-driven insights that support decision-making and help improve marketing strategies for the agency channel.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
At least 5 – 8 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, sales analytics, or a related role.
Experience in analyzing sales or marketing performance data and preparing reports for business decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical business recommendations.
