Create and develop customer engagement and loyalty campaigns to enhance customer relationships and strengthen brand affinity.
Design and implement activities that encourage customer participation, interaction, and ongoing engagement with the Company's products, services, and digital platforms.
Develop initiatives to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty throughout the customer journey.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital, and related teams to ensure effective campaign planning and execution.
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and feedback to continuously improve future initiatives and customer experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communication, or related field.
Experience in marketing campaigns, customer engagement, CRM, loyalty programs, or related areas will be an advantage.
Creative, analytical mindset, and strong teamwork skills
Knowledge of digital marketing, mobile applications, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
