Food - Product & Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Participates in all product development activities related to specific categories assigned with Marketing department. 2.Participates in processes to understand market trends, product development practices, product evaluations, specification documentation, and ingredient and nutrition disciplines of assigned categories. 3.Works with Training and Marketing departments to participate in decisions on competitive analysis and evaluations, project planning, product development, analytical testing related to such decisions 4.Participates in / coordinates special projects as assigned 5.Works collaboratively with QA, Procurement, Global Sourcing, suppliers, etc. 6.Works with team to ensure products are successfully developed to meet quality / attributes / financial objectives

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.a degree in food science, or related field 2.working knowledge of consumer trends and how to identify / define key product quality and sensory attributes. 3.working knowledge of product development, and production / process management
