หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Greeting customers upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
• Providing introductory information to new customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Following up customers to check that they’re still satisfied with services and products.
• Communicating with customers through various channels, online and offline.
• Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer customer’s questions.
• Escalating queries and concerns.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in customer accounts.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, working with related parties to find appropriate solutions.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Cooperate with related parties to improve overall customers’ experience.
• Make follow up and sales calls to customers Other related tasks as assigned by the management or clinic manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 3 years experience in service
• Good communication skill
• teamwork Multi-tasking & problem solving
• Positive attitude
• Attention to details
• Willing to work during weekends
• Communicates well in English familiar with basic software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PPT
