หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Lead the research and development efforts for color cosmetic products, from conceptualization to commercialization.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams including marketing, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment with market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
3. Oversee the formulation development process to ensure safety, efficacy, and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
4. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to cosmetics through continuous research and networking.
5. Drive innovation by identifying and evaluating new ingredients, technologies, and formulation approaches to enhance product performance and consumer appeal.
6. Develop and execute project plans for new product development, including setting timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
7. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within allocated budgets, while maintaining high-quality standards.
8. Provide leadership and guidance to the R&D team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
