หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description: • Manage overall IT projects (Software, Hardware, Implement) including planning, budgeting, coordinating, executing, controlling to achieve project within timeline. • Monitor projects and track progress. • Coordinate internal/external departments for smoothly and effective project. • Recommend and supervise staff and team • Oversee project documentation. • Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the projects • Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion • Assemble and coordinate project team members, assigning individual responsibilities • Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products • Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications. • Work on behalf of CP ALL or Subsidiary company's project management team
