หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description: - Handle end-to-end recruitment process to meet business requirement (focused on IT positions). - Maintain and tracking manpower and vacancy. - Prepare recruitment report or related. - Control and collect data/documents align with policy and standard. - Work closely with line managers to understand business requirement. - Sourcing new channels for effective recruitment. - Coordinate with internal/external department. Job Specification: - Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. - At least 2 years' experience in HRBP, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or related field. - Enjoys learning new things in the field. - Be able to work under pressure, strong communication & negotiation skill, self-learning, self-Motivate, eager to learn new things and initiative individual.
