• Tracking of Company’s Car locations by GPS system. • Ensuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers. • Identifying Entrancing traffic laws taking immediate remedial action • Coordinating and responding to emergency situations. • Liaising with drivers, operations personnel and management. • Developing and presenting daily management reports. • Develop and control company vehicle database and ensure that all vehicles information is continually up-to-date and can be retrieved real time. • Manage the registration and insurance of company vehicles. • Manage renewal of insurance of company vehicles. • Initiate company vehicle cost saving • Monitor and report on Vehicle costs • Manage with maintenance and repair schedule. • Keep and update records of vehicles • Present monthly vehicle report to Management
