To be ensure that the hotel be featured through effective OTAs.
To be ensure that the hotel sell the sell the right room at the right time for the right price through OTas and hotel website.
daily monitor and adjust room alloment,minimum stay,closed sales,room category up selling in all contacted Otas and hotel website.
Analyze the online sale results on a monthly basis,by day of week,by comparison with compertitors.
Survery the competitors in terms of pricing and closed datas as a basis for future pricing strategies.
Provide dynamic forecasts, compared to the strategy of the DOSM and budget.
Act as a support in the preparation of the weekly REVMAX meeting and monthly Sales Meeting.
Analyze online booking trend of the last months and discuss for future trends with DOSM.
To discuss strategy changes with DOSM,in relation to day types,ideal mix,close limits,booking limits,to be able to react early to guest behavior changes (new event,cancelled conferences,etc).
Communicate daily wite the reservation of the hotels for booking procedures.

Bachalor Degree in Business Adminiatration or related fields.
Exposure in hotel operation or hospitalily business.
Computer literlate and ability to use other office equipment.
Have an excell English communication skill both in written and spoken.
Highly-organized,detail-oriented and possess pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
Proactive,Positive attitude,initiative,result-oriented with pleasant personality,service minded,confident,and good team worker.
