• <p><b>Senior tour operation (outbound) / Operation manager (outbound)</b></p> <p><b>Key duties of this position:</b></p> <ul> <li>Preparing and checking programs and quotations for clients</li> <li>Negotiating with suppliers and hotels in order to achieve the most competitive programs for our clients</li> <li>Manage and organize each file including; quotation, reservation, supplier and customer payments and communication</li> <li>Research for new products to meet new market trends</li> <li>Develop operational processes to maximize efficiency and service levels</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;<b>Experience required:&nbsp;</b></p> <ul> <li>Male or Female not over 45 years. Thai Nationality</li> <li>Experience in tourism industry or related field.</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or above</li> <li>Good communication and written skill in English and/or Thai language, other languages are a &nbsp;plus.</li> <li>Proficient with use of computers including Microsoft Office and Internet.</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.</li> <li>Good presentation skills</li> <li>Able to work under pressure</li> <li>Pro-active, sense of responsibility, independent, customer friendly and target focused</li> <li>Service mind, honest and trustworthy</li> <li>Cooperate with Customer Care, be responsible for meeting all groups; VIP / luxury / incentive clients</li> <li>Available to travel aboard for working.</li> </ul>
