1. Coordinates with the Construction Project Manager for bitumen road construction, road repair and road maintenance work. 2. Keep well cooperation with Foreman and worker staff. 3. Study to understand The BOQ of works. 4. Control the team to achieve the progress of work with satisfaction of the inspector. 5. Motivate and improve the team to have the best out put such as \'Time Motion Study\' 6. Set the working site to have the good Safety in mind. 7. Keep report to Project Engineer. 8. Prepares, Analyzes, and makes recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
