Front Office Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Front Office Manager will be responsible for, supervising front office staffs, evaluating the job performance if each front office employee, maintaining working relationships and communicates with all departments, resolving guest problems, reviewing and completes credit limit reports working within the allocated budget for the front office, checking cashiers in and out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift, and enforcing all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies. Successful candidate MUST have the following qualifications: - Thai nationals with 38 to 45 years of age. - Bachelor Degree in related field. - Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai with excellent communication skill. - Over 10 years of experience working in the field of front office management with leading hospitality business. - A strong leader, a team builder and a proven team player. - Goal-oriented, with good interpersonal skill.
