หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Extend a warm welcome to all guests and offer assistance to guests. 2. Understand service mindset and learn all of the Front Office Operations. 3. To greet and welcome any walk-in guests. 4. To notify assistant Manager or Management for VIP arrival and to escort them to their area. 5. To work closely and co-operate with all the departments. 6. To have a good personality, appearance, attitude and behavior when present at front-of-house
