- Develop or design learning journey / training road map / development plan and execution align with business trends, business direction and gap development - Understand the business operations and support operational efforts through proper staffing from both a strategic and tactical perspective - Monitor annual budget expenses, selecting institutions, evaluating training and program implement. - design and execution of Talent development program and Succession plan - Provide consultation talent management and succession planning processes, performance management contribution and career development to all levels

- Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other related fields - At least 10 years of experience in Trainer, HRD - Experience in training for contact center or customer service field is a plus - Good at communication in English, both verbal and written - Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, especially in Power point.
