Sales and Customer Base Building: Introduce and sell training courses or training programs to customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers to create a sustainable customer base. Data Management and Follow-up: Record customer information and contacts in the CRM system. Follow up on sales and evaluate results against set goals. Marketing Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns or promotions to support sales. Participate in exhibitions or marketing activities to promote training courses. Needs Assessment and Product Improvement: Gather customer needs and feedback to improve training courses. Work with the course development team to create programs that meet customer needs.
