• Monitoring Cash Flow: Overseeing the company's cash flow and financial health.
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts to support the CEO’s decision-making.
• Analyze quarterly profit reports and provide financial insights to assist executive management.
• Develop financial projections and align financial planning frameworks with organizational goals.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the CEO to develop financial strategies and improve overall financial performance.
• Investment Decisions: Deciding where to invest company funds and overseeing the capital structure.
• Financial Reporting: Ensuring the accuracy of financial reports and compliance with regulations.
• Team Management: Leading the accounting and finance departments to achieve financial goals and always improve operations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required, with an MBA often preferred.
• Financial Expertise: Extensive knowledge in corporate finance, financial modeling, and accounting principles is crucial.
• Management Experience: Proven experience in financial leadership roles and management is necessary. Experience in Public company is advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to prepare financial forecasts are important.
• Strategic Thinking: A CFO should possess leadership abilities and strategic thinking to guide the financial direction of the company.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Technology: Proficiency in financial software, technology, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
