หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Design test plan and create test case based on business requirement by mapping determined criteria and priority.
• Able to be understanding create test case between SIT and UAT
• Review requirement and specification to define test conditions.
• Able to prepare data test and TCM as defined test condition.
• Execute different types of testing including functional, integration, system, regression and smoke test including record and report outcome.
• Record details of failed test case, such as function or UX/UI and reproduce issue found.
• Identifies, document, and track defects effectively using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, etc.)
• Identifies and reports issues and risks associated with test plan.
• Collaborate with team to ensure proper test coverage and seamless product delivery.
• Provide feedback for product feature improvements from a user perspective.
• Develop & Execute Automate UI and Functional tests.
• Enhance and maintain automated CI flows.
• Troubleshoot issues in system under test.
• Reporting results and feedback to stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Database Management: Proficient in SQL and experienced with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Programming Language: Python, JavaScript, Groovy
• Technical Skill: Experience with automation testing (Prefer robot framework), Framework design.
• Soft Skill: Ability to communicate and collaborate, Knowledge of development methodologies, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Special skills: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and CI/CD practices.
• Test Platforms: Web, API, and mobile devices (iOS and Android)
• Experience using tools Postman, Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, Figma.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Pro-active, resourceful, and able to work in a team.
