QA/QC manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Functional and personnel management of the quality management department and maintaining all of the necessary conditions for the implementation of the quality inspection processes in line with the company’s global guidelines and manufacturing standards. • Implementation of the customized specifications and targets according to the company’s management decision, responsible quality and process management unit and further development of the quality management system. • Continuous monitoring the quality management systems’ effectiveness and performance. • Initiating and coordinating corrective and preventative measures in the case of quality non-conformities, quality planning, and development. • Processing complaints and manage internal/external customers contacts relevant to quality issues. • Preparing and conducting training in all of the relevant topics concerning quality management. • Ensuring the ability to pass an audit and achieve certification with regard to the relevant quality certificates and approvals.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Age: 30 to 40, male (preferred), • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering from a reputable technical university • 8+ years of experience for construction with 2+ years of experience in a management position within a Multinational Factory Environment working with ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. • Strong leadership, team work, problem solving, analytical, organization, management, customer service, document handling, cross-functional and communication skills with ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision. • Can communicate in English verbally and written
