Site Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Collaborate with related functions and departments to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and that key milestones are achieved.
• -Implement and enforce quality control and improvement procedures to ensure that all work is performed to the standards and cost effectiveness.
• -Prepare and present detailed progress reports, including project status, cost analysis, and timelines, to senior management and stakeholders.
• -Overseeing and managing construction activities at the site from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines and safety regulations.
• -Having strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication
• -Responsible for the quality inspection and evaluation, and provides the inspection and evaluation opinions.
• -Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.
• -Maintaining accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.
• -Coordinate with government department to request the construction approval

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification.
• -Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• -Extensive experience working with contractors and subcontractors in a project management capacity.
• -Must have Thai professional engineer license (ใบกว.)
