หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: - Supervise and control the workflow and the claim settlement process within the Claim Department and with all related departments (especially F&A and I/T) and external parties by transforming strategic direction into action. - Propose and develop Claim Department’s strategies in line with business objectives and requirements - Ensure and manage expenses within the budget. - Give advice to management for the enhancement of working procedures or processes to increase work efficiency of the company - Supervise and support subordinates by providing directions, guidelines and coaching in order to increase and strengthen work effectiveness/efficiency, good working morale and teamwork among staff to ensure that all work is performed according to the plan and complies with company standards. - Perform activities that are related to HR area including employee appraisal, individual career planning and training by corporate with HR department. - Control and monitor Claim Department’s paperless working process to ensure work efficiency and to be in line with the company’s policy. - Assist with the standardization of claim setup and settlement procedures and ensure the conformity of all claim settlements with company standards. - Prepare statistics regarding claims performance in accordance with company practices and procedures. - Respond to clients’ complains regarding the claim settlement process to ensure company service standard and customer satisfaction - Support management to promote the company image in terms of quality of claims service and to build/maintain good relationships with clients, re-, and co-insurers to be recognized as a reliable and valuable partner. - Acquire and improve own knowledge and skills from both internal and external sources to ensure your own work’s quality and continuous improvement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Minimum 10 years’ working experience in Claims Management with Insurance knowledge, Risk Management, Assessment & Loss Analysis - Good Analytical Thinking - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Good Command in written and spoken English
