Digital Communication Officer (Sales IT)

• Roles and Job Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and executing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as website, display ads, social media, etc. • Assist in managing company social media accounts, focusing on implementing strategic plans, audience engagement, and performance monitoring • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for content and branding strategies • Work with Digital Communication and related parties to ensure all finished content/creative work has been both delivered to the end user in the correct format • Ensure quality control, including proofing, reviewing, and evaluating creative/campaign output • Keep up to date with the latest technology and digital marketing • Other ad-hoc activities as assigned Job Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Arts, Computer Science or related fields. • Experience in information architecture, interaction design, web prototypes, flows and user story is a serious plus. • Experience in design thinking and agile is preferable • Experience with Digital Experience Platforms • Good communication in English, presentation skills and well-organized skills. • Experience in digital communication and social media marketing • Strong understanding of current online marketing, social media tool and platform such as Podcasts, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Line etc. • Able to meet deadlines and produce quick turnaround times • Ability to analyze customer experience business requirements and translate into design solutions • Able to work as a team
