หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Roles and Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents. • Maintain filing system, executive diary, and follow up special project & personal tasks. • Maintain schedules and calendars. • Organize and coordinate meetings and conferences. • Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations. • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information. • Liaison with internal and external contact

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Job Requirements: • Male/Female, Age from 25-35 years • Native Thai speaker and writer • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field. • Plus point for 2-5 years working experience in Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant. • Excellent command of English especially in business writing • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. • Work fast and committed to the deadline with high accuracy and neat. • Pleasant personality and interpersonal skills. • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office.
