Software Developers/Computer Engineer/IT Technical Manager

• Responsibilities:- • Reviewing current systems linked to analytical and technical equipment • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures • Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals • Planning the stages of the project and how each affects the application/business • Agreeing costs, timescales and standards to be met and monitoring these through the project • Working closely with analysts, designers and staff • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time • Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes • Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live • Making sure there is a smooth installation and implementation of the systems • Preparation of training manuals for users • Maintaining the systems once they are up and running • Report to Sale Director (Industrial Analytic Director) The ideal candidate’s qualification:- • Male/Female, Age from 25-35 years old • BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field • Proven working experience as a software developers/computer programmers IT manager or relevant experience • Analytical and commercial experience is a plus • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems • Ability to manage personnel • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Energetic, positive attitude, likes doing new things • Team-working skills • Good organizational skills • Willing to travel internationally • hardworking and can work under pressure
