Food Court Operation Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Hold accountable entire cycle of operations, selection, purchasing, storage, inventory, maintenance and use of all related food and beverage supplies and equipment. 2. Able to manage all financial aspects of the food court operation, including the identification of the reduction of costs through the efficiencies and revenue growth. • Oversees food court inventories to ensure proper controls are in place. • Oversees all service and culinary presentations, activities and quality in all assigned venues. Observes preparation to ensure standards are met. Oversees the maintenance of all equipment props, supplies, etc. • Oversees the overall food court budget by reviewing the financial transactions and monitoring of the budget to ensure an efficient operation, and to ensure the expenditure stays within budget constraints. 3. Can Making Decisions and Problems Solving and Analyzing Information and Evaluating Results to Choose the Best Solution and solve the problem such as guest complaint, grievances and conflicts with other. 4. Deal with and Control Subordinates by providing information to them via telephone, in written form, in e-mail, in person and in Guide, Direct and Motivate them both setting performance standards and monitoring performance. 5. Highly skill to Organize, Plan, and Prioritize your accountability and Develop specific goals. 6. Maintains responsibility for sales, expenses and profit goals as outlined in the food court department operating plans / budgets, while promoting the company's goals of customer service and satisfaction, team work, reporting requirements and financial performance. 7. Develops and analyzes existing procedures and special promotions that will improve patronage under the Company's policies. 8. Develops new techniques of service to maximize guest satisfaction at minimum operating costs.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male or Female, Thai nationality, age over 35 years old. • Bachelor or higher in any related fields. • Fluent in written & spoken English and excellent presentation and communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills with good teamwork capabilities to work across functions. • Strong leadership and ability to drive food court staff teams. • Strong analytical skills, self-initiative, maturity, enthusiastic and trustworthy. • Knowledge of current food court trends, customer preferences & consumption habits. Knowledge of diverse cuisine styles & food preparation techniques. Man skill, especially with diverse teams. Computer skills essential • Hands-on, Energetic and having good attitudes • Personal interest in trendy food concepts, culinary arts, barista, wine, mixology • Fast learner and flexible to any change, Service-minded with positive attitude
