Assistant Finance Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Manage and lead the Shared Service Finance Team •Responsible for all financial accounting operations for FA,Inventory,AP and AR •Responsible for reporting accounting and taxation functions •Assist in the on-going improvement on financial controls, policies and procedures. •Prepare and close monthly financial accounts on time. •Preparation of variance and quarter end reports. •Monitors and maintains adequate cash flow balances, and cash forecast. •Audit of sales and cash at outlet. •Manage additional new business financial reporting when required.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai nationality • Minimum 6-10 years of finance experience • Hands-on experiences in preparing full sets of accounts. • Experience in preparing disclosure of financial statements and financial reporting. • Experience in preparing annual budget • Audit experience is preferred • Intermediate level of the English language with proficiency in MS Office • Able to work indepently while being a team player • Display leadership excellence quality • Team leader in motivating staff • Fast learning,Hard working and ability to plan ahead • Able to to take stress and meet tight deadline • Excellence people management skills
