To manage all legal document, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and provide recommendation on commercial terms to protect benefit of company To provide legal opinions and advice in all legal aspects to ensure all operation, policies, activities, business practices are comply with all relevant laws and regulations as well as internal regulations To manage and response in contract management process and legal reporting To coordinate and liaise with government officer, external law firms regarding litigation cases To prepare of Power of Attorneys as requested and issuance of letters or notices to relevant parties
