• "To improve the operation performance, manage and develop subordinates including promotes and maintain customer relationships To demonstrate an understanding of the balanced scorecard and works with others to develop and execute center operating plans that identify and secure the resources necessary to achieve business objectives To analyze information to identify trends and create business improvement plans through the application of the Quality improvement process To work with human resources to ensure the implementation and maintenance of a Comprehensive health and safety plan To monitor the updating of employee training and certifications to provide a safe, proficient work environment To ensure that direct and indirect reports have documented career goals and detailed plans for achieving these goals to develop them personally and professionally

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male, Thai Nationality, 40-45 years old Bachelor or Master degree in any related fields 10-13 years working experience of management level in a multinational company Have experience in transportation or service industry is preferable Good command of English
