To collect calls to the assigned accounts for pursuing the insurance policy or insurance confirmation from customers as well as take proper actions related thereto, including delivery notice of insurance by registered post and facsimile To provide customer service regarding collection issues, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments To be responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos To communicate and follow up effectively with Marketing Department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis. To record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts
