Prepare precise and completed quotation to customers Follow up with customers and overseas inquiries such as shipment status, related document, billing, claims and other requirements Coordinate with booking team to request cost and others for supporting sales team to prepare RFQ package Coordinate with CS and other sections in order to share relevant information to support customer requirements smoothly Follow up and solve problems that caused during operation Review and update quotations with current market price to customers
