หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Ensure that the communication channels with workforce always remain clear so that company's objectives and requirements are fully understood - Provide opportunities for all levels of workforce to contribute to the company's on-going success - Actively communicate with General Manager and peer colleagues of Commercial, Marketing and Finance to provide a coherent customer-focused business approach - Ensure all financial targets of factory particularly product manufacturing unit costs and maintenance expenditures are achieved - Develop and maintain an action plan that creates a direction and path forward that will prepare the factory for the long-term business needs. The action plan will focus on the continuous improvement exercises aimed at improving the key indicators of factory efficiency - Ensure that manpower, materials and plant are available as needed to meet the requirements of production and sales - Be aware of and implement all current health, safety and environmental legislation in order to ensure that the factory operates within legal boundaries and provides a satisfactory workplace for our employees - Maintain the adequate and accurate records of production activities so that the standard satisfies the requirements of ISO9001 - Continually maintain a first-rate housekeeping standard in all areas of the factory - Ensure that satisfactory preventative maintenance systems are established and maintained to provide a high degree of equipment reliability - Manage the workplace culture so that all employees feel responsible for the improvement of product quality - Ensure where appropriate that programs are in place to maintain positive relationships with local communities and our nearest neighbours - Ensure good communication channels are maintained and developed through different levels of the plant management with other business departments including but not limited to Sales, Marketing and Finance - Actively pursue best practice of corporate partner factories and encourage implementation of new ideas - Ensure all plant staff are kept motivated and trained through the appropriate levels of communication and dedicated programs - Ensure effective people management practices are the priority so that key staff members are being constantly developed to be capable of taking on broader roles with greater responsibility - Support all of the related functions of plant in new products development process and other assignments from supervisor

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 40-50 - Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industry Management or related field - Work experience at least 5-10 years in managerial level - Experience in manufacturing environment or building material industry -Have Industrial Engineering License - Specific knowledge of manufacturing management, production management, quality control and assurance management, maintenance management and/or warehouse management - Having own car and a valid Driver's License - Good command of English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suites - Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
