- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls and emails - Visit potential customers and prospects for new business opportunities - Act as a contact person between company and its existing and potential markets - Negotiate the terms of agreement and close sales - Gather information of market and customers - Represent company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations - Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers - Record sales and order information and send copies to sales office - Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements - Prepare accurate cost calculations and provide quotations to customers - Revise quotations for new items - Contact and obtain more suppliers including new items - Contact customers in case of problems in quality - Attend meeting with suppliers
