- Create and implement marketing plan and strategies for product group under responsibility in order to attract consumers and compete in market to make sure that product, price, place, and promotion truly answers the needs of consumers and react to the dynamic of marketing competitively - Analyse market, competitors and customers via market survey and research in order to understand consumer and market for developing marketing strategy and plan - Initiate and develop marketing strategies to set up the direction of product, channel and consumer focus based on insightful data consumers and market - Develop and implement marketing communication strategies and communication concepts - Initiate and execute suitable marketing activities & promotional plan within budget - Oversee and control P&L and A&P to ensure profit-oriented focus - Cooperate and work with sales team in term of supporting to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities, assisting sales team to present marketing plan to key buyers and monitoring the effectiveness of new marketing program - Work closely with agency and oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy - Work closely with sales team to ensure target achievement ex. trade promotion campaign
