Account Manager - Training Services

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Develop and win new competitive accounts in identified segment markets (Media & Comm, Financial Service or Manufacturing) •Identify opportunities and implement coverage models that will generate business opportunities •Develop and implement sales strategies for this segment markets •Develop and maintain an account plans approved by supervisor and teams. •Proper qualification of sales leads before mobilizing resources to engage the customer. •Responsible for targeting and qualifying training opportunities so as to achieve sales targets for the assigned accounts. •Management of clients by maintaining a close relationship with the account, proactively anticipating needs, thereby ensuring continuing closure of sales. •Conduct sales presentation, prepare sales proposals and negotiate with customers and suppliers to win sales orders. •Collaborate with other departments in order to meet the needs of customers. •Oversee sales cycle to its completion. •When called upon, to assist in accounts receivable especially in instances where payment is overdue. •Perform funnel management and provide timely and accurate business forecast to the reporting manager. • Ensure all commercial terms and conditions to customer are vetted and approved by the respective department manager

• •Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Marketing or related field •0-5 years sales or marketing experience in the IT/networking/ or Service Business. Fresh graduate with high potential may be considered •Good command in writing and speaking English
