หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •To be represent Dimension as an onsite resident for fault, incident and proactive engagement work •Provide day to day operation support to the site assigned •Incident and Problem Management •Trouble shooting on site •Ensure that the events are handled till closure •Check site and conduct site audits as needed •Technical consultation to customers on product operation and configuration. •Provide hardware and Software support to customer both over the phone and on-site. •24-hours mobile phone on-duty services. •To understand and correctly use the escalation procedure. •To maintain technical competency on assigned product range. •To understand and correctly use the escalation procedure (vendors). •Technical liaison with customers.
