Network Engineer (IMAC & PMO)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• IMAC Coordinator - Gather Business Requirement and Coordinate with related parties to support - Ensure that all network requests (Install Move Add Change) are complete per SLA with quality - Project Task Dispatcher PMO - Network Project Support - Network Inventory Management - Ensure that all network related documents including all reports are up to date and maintained properly - Track and Report all network projects , issues and report to Customer - Coordinate with related parties per Customer requests - Support other activities such as BCP, Governance, Compliance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• IMAC Coordinator - Minimum 1 year experience in Network Operation - Bachelor’s degree - Experience in, and knowledge of basic problem solving, project management PMO (Project Management Office) - Minimum 1 year experience in IT or related area - Bachelor’s degree - Experience in, and knowledge of basic project management
