System Engineer (Location : BTS Chongnonsri)

• - Participate in the design of all information technology systems and infrastructure. - Facilitate and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. - Configure and administer a defined technology/system (e.g., Hardware, Operating Systems) in support of on-going operations and projects. - Analyzes and provide solution on computer applications and system for team, customers and end user; provides a wide range of in-depth technical assistance to user support staff. - Provides solution to integrated hardware, software, system infrastructure, data back-up and recovery specifications. - Manage incidents and requests for a defined technology environment. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
