IT Infrastructure Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Managing a team to manage all system infrastructure & technologies, including Servers, Storage, Database, Backup system, Virtualization, Windows Platform, AIX, Solaris, Linux, Active Directory and MS Exchange. - Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain network and system capacity, and capability, meets existing and future requirements. - Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures. - Identify and/or assign an ownership role of all networking infrastructure & technologies, including routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, Intrusion detection / prevention, network management, customer / enterprise VPNs. - Work with business stakeholders to understand needs and implement solutions based on those needs -Manage projects initiatives, create project and implementation plans. Communicate with and coordinate internal and external project resources as needed. - Test network and system performance and provide statistics reports to develop strategies for maintaining network and system infrastructure. - Establish service level agreements (SLA) with end users, also ensure that all services meet SLA as per agreement. -Providing network and system training, support, advice and feedback.
