You will be responsible for handling customer incoming calls to provide excellence service, information, and resolution.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

High school/Diploma/Degree or above in any fields.
New graduates are welcomed.
Native Thai speaker with good command in English. (Toeic score up to 550 will eligible for language allowance)
Knowing Mandarin Chinese is advantage. (HSK4 level or above will eligible for language allowance)
Effective communication skills and good track for dealing with customers.
Experience in providing customer support and solution with strong service mind.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes at short notice.
Willing to work in shifts, including Saturdays and public holidays.
