You will be responsible for handling a large quantity of incoming phone calls, and providing accurate and updated information to our customers.

Working hours: 44 hours per week (5 to 5.5 days per week)

Work Location: Head Office at Green Tower, Rama 4 Rd.

- Mature with initiative and patience to serve customer over the phone
- Effective communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes at short notices
- Good team player and high team commitment
- Good command of written and spoken English (preferable)
